1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop operated by Jarne&Company under the brand AtTheLondon (ATL).

2. Contract Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Products

We sell physical printed products, primarily books.

Product images and representations may differ slightly from the actual product due to printing processes, lighting or screen settings. Such deviations do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices.

No VAT is charged according to §19 UStG
(small business regulation).

Payment methods are provided via Shopify.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available worldwide, except to South America, Canada and Australia.

Delivery times are non-binding estimates.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and must be borne by the customer.

Production and shipping are handled by external service providers.

6. Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration passes upon delivery of the goods.

For business customers, the risk passes upon handover to the shipping provider.

7. Defects and Complaints

Minor deviations in print quality, color, trimming or binding that are customary in the industry do not constitute a defect.

In the case of substantial defects, the customer is entitled to subsequent performance (replacement or refund).

Defects must be reported promptly after receipt, including photo documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence.In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

9. Business Customers (B2B)

For entrepreneurs, the right of withdrawal does not apply.Individual agreements with business customers take precedence over these Terms.

10. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
